Maple Syrup

3 packets of Equal or Splenda 1 packet of Butter Buds

1 teaspoon of maple flavoring ½ cup of boiling water

Combine all ingredients, mix well and pour over pancakes or waffles.

Yield: ½ cup; 4 servings of 2 Tablespoons each.

2 Tablespoons=Free (Calories 15, Carbohydrate 4 Grams); 4 Tablespoons=1/2 Fruit; 8 Tablespoons=1 Fruit.

Hint: Try some on oatmeal.
